Four functions of lubrication for water well drilling rig
1) Reducing friction: This is the main function of oil lubrication. Due to the existence of lubricating oil film, the direct contact of the metal surface of transmission parts is prevented, so as to reduce the magic friction resistance and wear loss.
2) Cooling and heat dissipation: in high-speed rotating parts, complete heat is generated due to friction. If the heat surplus is not dispersed, the temperature will continue to rise, resulting in the burning of parts.
3) If the grease is applied on the surface of the drilling machine that is easy to rust, it can prolong the service life of the metal parts that are easy to be sprayed by the rain and prevent rust.
4) sealing blockage: wool felt is installed on the sealing packing and bearing end cover to effectively seal and prevent dust due to oil immersion.
